Meditation ~ Zen

Sometimes the world moves to fast. Sometimes not fast enough. If our bodies not moving it can become restless. If our minds too active it can become stressed. So balance, balance is what we must strive for. The balance between the good and the beautiful… Sometimes you have to let go of all the negativity and just embrace the positive. Sit or stand in the moment and just be still. Feel that moment. Feel with every ounce of your being and conciousness. Let only positive thoughts flow through your mind. In your darkest situations become inventive and seek solutions rather than focusing on the problem. Come back to your core. Your inner power. And be…feel your body and chakras realign…
